Cindy Rodriguez is Nationally Board Certified in Early Childhood with a  recent University of Florida’s Masters in Curriculum and Instruction (Educational Technology emphasis). Ms. Rodriguez has 30+ years experience with 24 at Osceola Magnet Elementary School here in Indian River County. She has expertise in beginning reading,  math and science spending many years in the primary grades. Most recently Cindy has created a program for Digital Literacy as Osceola’s Media Specialist that has become a model for the county. She has created two enrichment programs; one for learning Spanish for Elementary Students called Bilingual Beginnings and another for learning technology called TechTime. Retired in May 2020, Ms. Rodriguez is free all day to assist individual students with their unique educational needs.
